Raiffeisen Global Mix Fund

The fund is a Feeder scheme, which invests 85% or more of its assets in shares of “Raiffeisen Security” (Raiffeisen - Sicherheit) – Master collective investment scheme, which is organized and managed by Raiffeisen Capital Management – Austria.

Raiffeisen Global Mix Fund is a Feeder scheme, which invests 85% or more of its assets in units of “Raiffeisen Security” (Raiffeisen - Sicherheit) – Master collective investment scheme, which is organized and managed by Raiffeisen Capital Management – Austria. The rest is kept in cash. The Fund starts public offering of its units 05.04.2016.

The investment objective of the fund is realizing capital gains while taking low to medium risk.

 

Characteristic of the typical investor 

Units of the Fund are suitable for investors who seek to achieve moderate capital growth through highly liquid investments. MF Raiffeisen Global Mix Fund invests 85% or more of its assets in units of “Raiffeisen Security” (Raiffeisen - Sicherheit). Taking into account its investment strategy, the fund is suitable for investors with an investment horizon of at least 5 years. The fund is not recommended for investors who pursue a strategy of daily monitoring of market conditions, as well as for investors who intend to trade with units of the fund on a regular basis in order to achieve short-term capital gains. 

Investing in units of the Fund is suitable for investors who look for liquid investments, giving them the opportunity to quickly sell part or all of their units and obtain their value including realized returns.

 

Investment objectives of the mutual fund

The investment objective of the Fund is: given the low to moderate level of risk, to generate capital gains and to increase the value of its shareholders’ investments. The Fund invests at least 85 % of its assets in units of similar in structure and risk tolerance main collective investment scheme that have a high degree of liquidity. The investment objective and risk profile of both the feeder and the master scheme are identical. The performance of the Raiffeisen Global Mix depends on other aspects such as investments in other liquid assets under Art. 38, para. 4, - cash and the different fee structure of the fund amongst others. 

The portfolio of MF Global Mix consists of units of the Master scheme and cash. The portfolio of the master scheme is structured in a way to provide diversification and protection from downward market trends and to avoid overexposure to a single asset class/ issuer. The choice of the master scheme is defined by its potential to achieve the Feeder’s investment targets based on its portfolio structure.


 


MF Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Global Mix is Feeder collective investment scheme which invests by way of derogation from the provisions of Art. 4, para 1, Item 1, Art. 38, 45, 48 and Art. 49, para 2, Item 3 of LACISOCIU, at least 85 per  cent of its assets in units of Austrian MF „Raiffeisen Sicherheit“ organized and managed by Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
