Raiffeisen Global Growth Fund

Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Global Growth Fund was launched on the 01.03.2013 with the merger of three mutual funds -  MF “Raiffeisen Equities Fund”, MF “Raiffeisen Balanced Fund” and MF  “Raiffeisen Balanced Fund in USD”. As of 29.05.2015 the fund is transformed into a feeder scheme which invests at least 85% of its assets in units of MF “Raiffeisen Global Equities” – master scheme organized and managed by Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft mbH – Austria.

As of 18.11.2021 Raiffeisen Fund (Bulgaria) Global Growth Fund replaces the Master Collective Investment Scheme and already invests 85 percent or more of its assets in units of ""Raiffeisen Sustainable Equities, organized and managed by Raiffeisen Capitalnagege-Geselschaft MBH. - Austria.



Characteristic of the typical investor

Units of the Fund are suitable for investors who wish to invest in a diversified portfolio of financial instruments, seeking relatively high income and growth of their savings, while taking a moderate to high level of risk.

The expected structure of the Fund is not suitable for investors with a short investment horizon, pursuing a strategy of daily monitoring of market conditions, as well as for investors who intend to trade with units of the fund on a regular basis in order to achieve short-term capital gains.     

It is suitable for investors with a long investment horizon who are looking for a substantial growth of their investments and are less risk averse. Units of the Fund are suitable for both individual and institutional investors.

The investment objective of the Fund is: given the moderate to high level of risk, to generate capital gains and to increase the value of its shareholders’ investments. To achieve this objective, the Fund invests at least 85 % of its assets in units of similar in structure and risk tolerance main collective investment scheme that have a high degree of liquidity and potential for growth.

  • Growth - to achieve sustainable growth in the value of the fund's investments in order to ensure the increase of the price per share ;
  • Secure investment - considering the level of risk taken by the fund's investment policy. The Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in units of the Austrian Fund "Raiffeisen Global Equities " which carry medium to high risk for investors, corresponding to the potential for higher returns.
  • Liquidity - maintaining sufficient liquid assets in order to ensure normal functioning of the Fund and its ability to meet redemption requests.


MF Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Global Growth is Feeder collective investment scheme which invests by way of derogation from the provisions of Art. 4, para 1, Item 1, Art. 38, 45, 48 and Art. 49, para 2, Item 3 of LACISOCIU, at least 85 per  cent of its assets in units of Austrian MF „Global Equities“ organized and managed by Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
