Nine months after the start of the public offering of the shares in its four local funds, Raiffeisen Asset Management has become market leader on the Bulgarian market. As of Dec. 8th 2006, the accumulated funds under management exceeded BGN 44 mln., which correspondents to 16.84% market share, shows the data provided by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Balanced is the biggest balanced fund in Bulgaria. 23.39% yield on annual basis.
Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Balanced is the biggest Bulgarian balanced fund with assets, exceeding BGN 24.6 mln. The net asset value increased from BGN 1.0000 as of March 16th 2006 (the start of the public offering) to BGN 1.1662, as of Dec. 8 2006. The yield of the fund from the start of the public offering was 23.39% on annual basis (as of Dec. 8th 2006)
41.47% yield on annual basis of Raiffeisen Equities Fund
From the beginning of the public offering of the shares of Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Equity Fund, the yield reached 41.47% on annual basis. The net asset value of a share of the fund increased from BGN 1.0000 as of March 16th to BGN 1.2889 as of Dec. 8th. The assets under management exceeded BGN 11.1 mln.
Sales of the Austrian funds exceeded EUR 3.66 mln.
Raiffeisen Asset Management is the first Bulgarian company that offers access to both Bulgarian and international capital markets. It distributes the shares of 8 of Austrian Raiffeisen Capital Management’s funds and from the start of its activity Raiffeisen Capital Management has sold shares amounting to EUR 3.66 mln.
